Fee structure

The current value of a 50-minute consultation with a clinical psychologist, based on minimum South African medical aid rates, is ZAR 1135.60.

Payment for clients on (South African) medical aid:

I claim directly from medical aid, using medical aid rates (rates vary between medical aids).

Please note that fees remain the responsibility of the client: should medical aid elect not to pay (for whatever reason), the client remains responsible for settling with me. It is therefore important that clients confirm available benefits with medical aid prior to starting treatment.

Payment for clients (South African or international) NOT on medical aid:

My standard fee is ZAR 1096 per session.  Please note that I implement an annual fee increase of 10 % in May of each year.
